I did great until I was invited by my mother's caregiver to dinner. Carb Fest! I tried to decline as much as I could. My exercise was great and I was a little disappointed that I only lost 1 pound this week. I have started walking the fitness path near my house again. It's 2.25 miles. When I don't do that I go to the park and walk 1.5-2 miles. I have also been using the track at work some but that is super boring. Even listening to a book on my MP3 doesn't make that place more exciting! This week I am going to try to really up the liquids. It's supposed to be in the 90's so I am going to make a pitcher of ice tea to take to work. My lab will probably be in the 90's as well, old buildings being what they are.
