Day 27

I think I've about kicked whatever bug I've had. I have not felt good all week. It's been impossible to workout and I've struggled to eat my RDI calories. I've been sleeping a whole lot, ached and pained and felt just yuck!

Malori's coming over tomorrow morning to workout with Pete & I in the garage. I haven't worked out in over a week, so it's going to be like starting all over again. But I have to get back to working out and back to eating properly. I plan on taking it slow and I'm so looking forward to feeling sore muscles because I worked out, not because of the flu!!
