So many of us are trying and starting over. What really matters is that we try. Sometimes we fail. Sometimes we succeed.
I am in the right frame of body and mind to "go for it..." Keeping fit and healthy is really important. It will improve the quality of my senior years, which is kinda right around the corner...I feel pretty damn good for 55 and I expect to keep feeling good...even GREAT!

Exactly. Just keep trying, never give up. It's a lifelong journey. I am totally with you on wanting to be able to enjoy my senior years, and be able to chase grandkids around when the time comes, that's my goal!

Yeh, Grandkids are awesome! They make you feel young again and make you take time for fun stuff! they come along at just the right time in your life. i have three and Love having 'em!
