A (very nice) broken record these days...3.1 miles walked in beautiful sunshine and temps in the 60's.
After finishing the last little bit of ReddiWip yesterday, I purchased the Land O' Lakes no sugar added aerosol whipped cream (no sugar alcohols either). Yesterday was also my first day without any sugar alcohols. We'll see how this goes and see if it gets things moving again.
I did drop back into the 187's this AM, but not by much. Still it's better than the high 188's from yesterday. I realize I'm talking about partial pounds here and I normally don't sweat these things. But what concerns me is the 2-week stall(??) I've had and so I'm looking for even minor changes at this point.
Tonight is the big Halloween trick-or-treating time for our community. DH and I put up our huge 7' inflatable friendly Frankenstein (friends can call him Frankie) in the front yard. I got him several years ago but he's just about my favorite seasonal decoration! Hope everyone has a great weekend.
