Got my 3.1-mile walk in just in time today, as the thunderheads began to form overhead. DH is home and took both doggies out much earlier. UGH Index is back at a solid 10 again (groan).
My sister is still in the middle of the breakup that she cannot see and does not accept. I'm trying my darnedest to be supportive without giving her false hopes. Yet, because she can't see her therapist for at least a week yet, I'm trying to be careful what I say because I don't want to trigger anything worse than what she's already feeling. I'm walking a fine line here, but at least she's communicating with me regularly. There's just no one else in her life, so it's absolutely critical that she's still talking to me about all this....I can't jeopardize that. She cannot see any future of any kind without this guy and that's beyond scary for me. I'm trying to focus her on good things coming up, but she has put her entire self-worth and life into this guy.
In the meantime, please continue the prayers for her.
