I didn't weigh in this week.

When I get the poor results I've been having, it totally discourages me and upsets my day, which makes me chose my food less carefully.

I've started swimming two/three times a week since the second week of July and the results on the scale are just not there.

I might just go another route, which is to take measurements. I don't know yet.

And it's hard to say with the clothes, because my close is mostly fabricated with elastic material.

Went to a wedding last night, and today, I'm just recuperating with fruit.
