really want to lose 15 kilos by New Year's Eve. But i doubt i'll be motivated and focused or willing by then.. I just don't want to give up at all this time! Hope to continue and to be consistent!!

You can do it. "Focus" and "willing" and words that are trying to get you discouraged and anxious. There are 13 weeks left in the year. If you lost .9 - 1 kilos a week that would get you pretty close to your goal. Get serious about it, this is within your power !!! :-)
