oh god I'm feeling especially discouraged today. to think that I was once at the weight I'm trying to get now and even a lot lower... why did I let myself get it all back? I mean sure, emotional eating is a thing and alcohol is not far behind, but still it sucks, I didn't do anything sooner. plus I have work tomorrow so that's not contributing to my joy xD.
