Summer has been a bust, no self control. Today I'm back on low carbs. No crackers with tons of PB. My work snacks will be limited to fresh veggies. The 12 hr. shifts are hard but will be buying some Atkins meals for fill ins. Lost 30 lbs and its all back plus so here I go again.
