I did a 36 hour fast and that did it for me; I needed to shock my metabolic system; then I started IF and combination with Keto; it was an Eureka moment.
Now I’m learning how to be metabolically in control of my own body.
I have been burning ketones consistently for 4 days now; I’m also eating less cause I’m not hungry and cravings are gone.
It feels like nothing else.

Great, I had been doing 1 day fast every week or 2. I found it must of shrunk my stomach, because I don't feel the need to eat as much as I used too. Helps a lot on a low cal. diet.

Also started drinking 2 or so ounces of apple cider vinegar before bed every night. Don't know if that is helping yet and it sure taste awful. Let you know if it seems to do anything. Cheers

Almost 6pm here. Don't feel incredibly hungry, so may extend fast till tomorrow and that will make 4 days with just 1 grapefruit a day and lots of sugar free green tea.

I drink my APPLE CIDER VINEGAR with sparkling water and a nice pinch of Himalayan salt and sometimes lemon juice, fizzy and delicious!
