Hello everyone. So last night since hubby was home I got to go run outside. Our littlest age 4 wanted to go run with me, so I made the 9 year old go also. We ren 2 miles and the 4 year old never stopped or complained. Now for the 9 year old thats all she could do but she did it. Then today I went and rented a wood splitter to get our wood put up for the winter. So all morning that is what hubby and I were doing. Didn't know how to put wood cutting and stacking in the exercise calendar so I put that I did heavy excersize (pushups) for 2 hours. I think I burned more calories than that. When kids go down for naps I'm going to help again.
I have noticed that running really releaves some of the stress in my upper back/shoulder area. So getting back to running almost everyday is going to be very important. Hope everyone is having a great day. talk to you later.

thanks for bringing back the wood cutting memory...my dad and i used to do that evey fall and winter...great work out...i am sure you burned more than the pushup activity...

that's impressive!! you're not going to have to worry about wobbly arms like I have! You have indeed always been so active that its admirable. You'll ahve your chart back down in no time.
