Hello everyone. After reaching my goal of getting back to my college weight (137 lbs), I realize how difficult it is to get your body in shape. However, what helped the most is not only what I ate or the exercises I performed, it was the discipline. Whitout it, there is no progress. By establishing a plan and sticking to it, you show you have the character to undertake on big challenges. This is not my goal. But, it was a test to see what I was getting myself into. Now I feel I have the momentum to keep on going. I would love to tell you how I got here, but I believe we have to find what works for us, what are the things that may help you reach that level of confidence with your body. You only get to taht point by getting to know your own body. However, if you still would like to know how I went from 146 to 137 lbs without loosing your mind, feel free to ask.
