Happy Friday all!! My goal for the weekend is to not blow all the hard work I've done all week and go nuts. I am going to plan ahead for what I know is gonna happen and follow that plan. Tomorrow night we are headed to a hockey game with some friends for one of my best friends birthday. I am going to be the DD so I don't plan on drinking at all, maybe one when we first get there, but thats it. I also know we will be eating at the hockey game....not too many good choices there, but the walking taco at least has some lettuce on it so I will probably go with that and not eat all of it because they are hugh. Maybe I can even get my husband to split one with me. I will eat before we go but keep it light all day knowing that the night will not be perfect and very hard to track. I also know it would help alot to get a good workout in tomorrow before we go, so that is also in the plans.
Yesterday was a little on the stressful side, I had 7 daycare kids for the day is about 2 more than usual and then my 10 year old son brought his report card home. He had 3 B's, but also an F and 2 D-. He is not a dumb kid, but doesn't have alot of drive for school, and has the attention span of a gnat! Not a good combination. It was really bothering me last night, but I didn't turn to food so that is good. It's just frustrating, there is only so much I can do to help him. He needs to take some time and work harder. But he will get through this and i will help him the best I can.
