It’s going good. It has been maybe 2 days in a month that I ate a lil a bit more than 1800 for a day. I am so proud of myself to not cheat. Usually I break down less than a week. I bought cross trainer last weekend so I smash it in days that I don’t move my ass at all 😂. So far it’s going with a plan, hope will stay that way till my goal!
