Well, I didn't go to the gym as I said I would yesterday. I planned to go early this morning at 7.30am, but then I realized it's a public holiday here today and they won't open until 9.00 am. Unfortunately I had to pick up a friend at 9.30am so there wasn't enough time.
I went out for breakfast with two friends today and again, I ate more than I should have (sort of like last Saturday) since this is going to be my only meal of the day, I'm guessing I'll be ok. I have found out that eating small amounts of food every 3-4 hours doesn't work for me. If I don't eat until I'm full, I'm hungry again after two hours and then think of nothing but food, whereas, if I really eat until I'm full, I might not have another meal that day (or just a really light on). I don't know if that's healthy or not, I just know it works for me diet wise.
