Restarting this journey.. It's funny I tell myself I'm gonna stay on track but then I find myself falling further and further behind. Buuut I'm feeling motivated - I've gotten back in touch with my old PT and she's created an online bootcamp with classes and all which means having that community again. I think the biggest thing for me gaining weight again was I was all alone again after moving I struggled to find something which suited me exercise wise (and I failed to track my food and definitely ate too many snacks!!) my biggest goal to take away from this is to reduce snacking again!! 💪💪
