Hi! This will be a great time for me to take on diet seriously. I joined this site a month ago but didn't take it seriously. Today is my first day that I determine to lose weight. It's now on my holiday. I had lost about three kilos before the final exam. Since final exam, I ate alot and gain about 2 kilos. That 's suck. I always lose weight for some month and then when exam is coming I gain weight again and after the exam I lose weight and gain it beforexam. It has been like this for years. What is important is to have self-controled isn't it? Yesterday just eat Japanese buffet. Okay let take it as the last big meal.. No more big meal for a month...^^
