Done my usual school run,so a little exercise there!

Hiya, lovely to see you've got online and feeling so motivated too, you'll do it, by next May, you'll be so much healthier, fitter and our little Bonnie won't be able to keep up with you!! Sams a great chef but just you tell him you want healthier dinners, no high fat sauces, he can do it...show him the recipes on here.. Check out my buddies, a few have just started, whereas a few have achieved! and so brilliantly too, moonlite for example 70 lbs in a year!! Take it slow, trty not to lose too much too fast and choose healthier more filling foods, don't bother with all the lowfat processed foods, you've got a chef in the house...get cooking.. Anyway I'm so pleased you've made the decision and I'm with you all the way...all the best for this coming week X Denise :)
