Down a couple pounds. Not a bad start. I have a massive migraine, both from Aunt Flow and caffeine withdrawal. No bueno. Gonna keep on track somehow though, so I will just deal with it. I thought about having a soda to make the pain go away, since nothing else would touch it, but that would just ultimately be defeating the purpose. Thinking I may try the green tea thing again, see if that helps. Didn't go jogging yesterday as I had planned, hopefully this evening... Mini goal is 30 lbs by my birthday, which is more than enough time I would think. I figured if I set it small enough it will be more easily attainable. Turns out I have more support than I originally thought, so I should be able to do this no problemo. Hard, but not problematic. I also honestly think that Lean Cuisines will end up saving my life. Literally, because if I had kept it up, I'm almost positive my weight would have led to problems that would kill me. I am not about to willingly eat myself to death and leave my sweet little boy and dear love of my life behind.
