Well today was weigh day and I'm at 156 which puts me at 9.5lbs lost so far. I thought I was at 10.5 but saw on my weight history I started at 165.5 not 166.5. I know I should be happy but it is disappointing to lose nearly 10lbs and for no one to notice - even me. I know with having to lose 50 pounds, it will take time for me and others to notice, but I would rather lose 10 than to have gained it.
The hardest thing about SB is eating as often as I am supposed to. With working and being on the road, it is a challenge and I need to do better at having strategies for eating on the road every 3 hours.
Starting tomorrow I will be able to go to Phase II - I think I may start just adding a couple of Phase II days into this next week.
Tonight, actually I will be OFF - we are having people over for dinner and I am making beef tips. I am going to try to keep things healthy, but this is not a SB meal.
