I sure hate adding this weight. Wouldn't be so bad if I knew what happened. Weighed 106.8 Wed and 106 yesterday and kept calories low and macros were good also. I just dont know how I could gain 1.2 lbs in one day. So frustrating it makes me want to either say I give up and binge or drastically cut calories. Most wouldn't understand but I literally cried . I just was so upset over it. 😭😭😭
