Added a stretching class 2 times a week to my weekly routine. This has helped, a little, to get my body moving! Ate out for dinner a couple of times last weekend and am learning from some of the wrong choices I have made...but still keeping a good focus on low carb/no carb. Bought a food scale for the house...wish it was portable and could go in my purse. :-)

Stretching class sounds like a good idea. I've actually even thought of starting yoga, something I know nothing about, just to get back some flexibility. I see you've lost some weight too, despite dinners out and some not-quite-the-best choices. We all learn things from ALL our choices, the good and the bad!!
