I've had a bit of a setback which has made me as hungry as hell -- a massive hernia has come up. I think the pain has caused me to be hungry. I might have to give up on the dieting for a while. It's no big deal because I'm at, or close to, my target weight. However, I did want to lose another three kilograms (half a stone). Comunque, che sera sera.
