1.5 miles walked this afternoon for a change. Slower pace, so not many calories burned but the weather was exceptional and too nice to take this as a complete day off. Was off yesterday due to being sick. Except for the occasional cramping, I feel pretty much back to (ab)normal.
My weight loss due to sickness stayed, so there's one good thing that came out of it. Now I'm only 1.5 pounds behind in the Pre-Christmas Challenge. I'm doing well in the 50-in-30 walking challenge and the water challenge starts tomorrow. I need to stay on top of how much water I'm drinking but the added water I must drink for every soda or coffee I have will be a true test and challenge for me.
