Happy May everyone, I am back. I have fallen off big time, or perhaps put in better words, I have taken a long, exaggerated break, LOL. This Covid-19 did not sit well with my spirit. Adjusting to working full time and having to make sure my teenagers help their Kindergarten sister get her work done has been a headache. I fear what the Fall may bring, but I keep forcing it to the back of my mind. 'We will cross that bridge when we get there' is what I keep telling myself. Anywho, I am making an effort this week, and next week will be even better. Just one step at a time. Invested in a elliptical since I had to cancel my gym membership and had my first workout on it this morning, it was a beast! I'm surprised I lasted 25 minutes given the fact that I have not worked out for two months! Oh well, it can only get better from here. Kudos to those that have stayed strong on their journey through it all, I sincerely applaud you!

Trying to DP, thanks for checking in. I think I'm ready to own up to my weight gain, (just so I can appropriately track my weight loss and goals). I just can't for some reason wake myself up. I have a dr appt tomorrow. So probably after the doctor gets after me tomorrow, it is game on..
