End of Week 1 - lost 1.7kg over the week (mostly in the boob area, I think). Not bad, but was expecting better results. Zero loss overnight. Am questioning the accuracy of my scales, but they're all I have to work with, for now. Feeling proud, after a difficult first week, but I coped and drank copious amounts of water, daily (2+lt). Hope to see the same or better loss after Week 2.
