I've started eating more fresh apples especially now that they are in season. I aim for 3 a day, one before each meal. I find it slows me down (it's hard to "inhale" a whole apple!). I was very surprised to see that I was easily under my calorie goal for the day. And I didn't go hungry. I like this!
