How is that one can go almost perfectly on their diet and the scale still seems to stall. I know that it never goes down as fast as I want it to and in that past that has been my downfall, if I don't loose weight fast I think whats the point and give up. Not this time I didn't put the weight on over night, I can't expect it to come off over night although that would be nice. I know I need to exercise more but finding the time is difficult.
