How is that one can go almost perfectly on their diet and the scale still seems to stall. I know that it never goes down as fast as I want it to and in that past that has been my downfall, if I don't loose weight fast I think whats the point and give up. Not this time I didn't put the weight on over night, I can't expect it to come off over night although that would be nice. I know I need to exercise more but finding the time is difficult. I don't know how often you are weighing yourself, but maybe its to often. Maybe you should only allow yourself on the scale every other week or something like that. I know its hard, I used to get on the scale 2-3 times a day!!! But now I only get on once every week, and its been much better for me! Good luck!!!
