Yesterday I had a good food day. 1100 calories that satisfied. I hope to model more days like that one. I worry very little about food boredom. I'm most comfortable when I know what I will eat for the whole day and have a plan. Even better when the food is all ready to go. I don't want/need the prepackaged plans because I know I can do it myself, if I have enough time to plan and prepare. Weekends are most difficult for me.
Can you tell I'm a bit of a control freak? So how'd I get to 240 lbs? Need to know so I don't repeat.
