My Mircle Noodles (angel hair) arrived today and I decided to give them a try for lunch.

When you open the package there is a fishy smell, but I had been warned about this (by the company) prior to receiving. The smell went away completely after they were rinsed. The directions had also advised me to dry throughly before eating. I found this to be an important step. I tried some that were damp and some that were very dry. In my opnion, the noodles seems to take the flavor of the sauce much better with them being very dry. The noodle is clear in appearance and reminds me of a ramen noodle. The consistancy is a bit chewy.

Overall - I found them to be an excellent replacement for pasta.

Yayaya! I haven't tried them yet myself, but hope to once I run out of zucchini. ;) Thanks for the report!

Glad to hear from someone who has tried them. I had heard about them and wondered what they were like. Ummm...what exactly produces the fishy smell that is so notorious the company warns you about it? It sounds a little gnarly, and I admire your fortitude in pushing past the smell.
