Been feeling so down. Probably the lockdown getting to me. I have been somewhat undisciplined in my eating the last two days. At least I've exercised, even though my motivation is super low. This morning's workout was longer than usual but feels like it was more unproductive than normally. I'm not disheartened, I'm just down. Feel like just sleeping all day and not doing anything, even though I have so much work and the deadlines are coming closer. I hoped that my workout this morning would give me a kickstart and provide me with energy and motivation, but it just made me feel useless and unable.
