The weekends are very hard. I eat more and exercise less. I'm away from the family Mon-Fri for work. Being home means less structure with meals adn activities. I don't drink during the week and on the weekends I enjoy a glass of wine or a beer. I don't log my food intake as closely either. Any ideas out there?
