Well I didn't count carbs this weekend becoz I had my daughter's birthday dinner on Saturday and Sunday we had a family cookout, so I'm gonna try to limit my carbs today. Diamond and I did go on a 7 mile walk today so that made me feel a little better. The bad new is I'll probely put on a couple pounds this week becoz of PMS week. I do plan on walking every day though so maybe it will help to keep it down. I also have to work three doubles this week. I hope I get survive it all.

Well I kept my carbs down all day and did all my journals for the day. I just got done feeding my son. Jim and diamond went for their evening walk, so I thought I would finish up my journal for the day.

Good job with the exercise, atelast that is helping combat the extra carbs you may have consumed over week end. As women it really sucks we get that PMS week where weighing in is so not fair, i call it my NON weigh in week as its not my fault lol

Yes I agree about the PMS week it also makes you want to more which I'm really trying to avoid.
