I decided a couple weeks ago that i wasn’t going to succumb to weight gain and poor health during COVID lockdown.
I stocked myself with low carb food and began applying IF techniques and running/walking 30-40 minutes a day. Down 3.3 Lbs in one week. I do believe much of that is water weight - I’m fine with that. I feel amazing and motivated to keep going!
Stick to your goals! It’s one of the only things we can control these days! ❤️
