I have been able to maintain the same weight as last week. I think I ate too many chicken wings yesterday in the (too) late evening, because I woke up in the middle of the night feeling some abdominal pain. However, the wings were really good. It may have something to do with my period, which started yesterday. Thankfully, this time it came back 25 days after the start of my previous period, which means I am back to my usual 23-to-25-day cycle! My flow will become heavier in the upcoming days, but it is easier to deal with while staying at home.

Aside from the occasional rise, my blood pressure has remained in the optimal or normal ranges, depending on the day. My pulse was high on Wednesday and Thursday in the morning (despite a normal BP), but again I am going to blame it on my then-upcoming period.

The sun feels so good, even when I am inside. I plan on going out today because my car needs some gas. It has been a while since I last bought gas, so I will at least bring some gloves in case it becomes necessary. I always go to gas stations that accept payment directly at the pump, because it is more efficient this way.
