Well smack me in the back. New weight reached this morning. 225lbs on the scale. Total weight loss now at 121 lbs. Motivation to not be FAT anymore diet, cardio and weights have brought me this far. Got to keep pushing to get there. Mindset is to win always push for more and be a better version of me. Everyday I go stronger both in mind body and soul. Always push yourself to your limits....
