Taking the day off. I haven't rested from exercise in over a week. Went to a retirement party and felt I did pretty good. I stuck to things I knew and didn't try any of the casseroles which were probably yummy but loaded with calories. The last couple of days I have been able to talk myself out of eating or drinking something that I really wanted so I think I am finally making headway there, yay!
