Why are my Mondays such disasters?! Is it the misery of being back at work? Or have I just become a self-fulfilling prophecy? Grrr :-(

You indulge on Mondays, but still manage to lose 50 lb !! Amazing !! It's great you can indulge without having to worry about how much you still need to lose :-)

Thank you :-) I do feel bad and cross with myself for being so out of control (there's always a bit of you that hopes that side of you is dead and buried) but at least I get back to it sooner than I used to.... tho don't look at my intake today!! I guess I still need to learn not to feel the guilt, perhaps that'll come with more time, as maintaining is still quite new to me. Here's hoping, anyway!!
