Starting to count my calories again, the good news is that I'm not any heavier than when I started. I also started again with my HIIT exercises, I've been doing them now for 2 weeks in a row (three times a week around 30 minutes each session) This time of reflection has given me the opportunity to take back good habits as it presented me with the necessity of organising my grocery shopping smartly and buying just what I need instead of what I crave for, also at home without the drudgery and stress from work I have no excuse to not exercise. I am enjoying this time as it has provided me with the opportunity to focus on my health again. #Countyourblessings
