Last night was really hard for me. I had plans to eat Trader Joe's Pork Roast. Unfortunatly, it turned out to be really BAD. I decided to go with quick and simple and ran up to McDonald's for a Big and Tasty hamburger patty. Just to smell those fries was sooo tempting. I managed to resist...but I considered long and hard about those fries.

I still feel really guilty when I do these convenience foods. It just doesn't feel like I'm on plan...even though the numbers say I'm ok.

Whole foods are always more nutritious, but when time is a problem we have to go to those convenience foods. The problem is that around those foods are a lot of other tempting items too. Good job resisting. Your graph looks great.

Your graph looks AWESOME!!! I think you did great with the temptation. We've all done a burger at McDonalds or Burger King once in awhile (sans bun, of course). I get extra mustard and some mayo and relish cutting up the veggies with it. Not real bad!
