I like your posts. They are as *ahem* precise as mine. LOL. FYI eggs are 0.6g carbs each. About the dessert, I found it really interfered with my weight loss even though it was within my carb limits, had pretty much the same dessert as you did. Learned it the hard way. Try just eating half of one, or half with lunch and the other half with dinner. If you spread them out more they don't have as much impact on your blood sugar. Just a suggestion. Keep up the good work.
