I cannot quite remember my morning weight -- 153.4 lbs or 153.6 lbs. I remember clearly the 153 though, so I am going with the most conservative number. I am happy considering my tendency to snack.

As far as I know, I have not gotten COVID-19 yet. But then again, zero risk is impossible because some errands, such as grocery and pharmacy, still need to be run and online grocery has become difficult since the last 2 weeks.

My body is going a bit crazy these days. My period started this Monday, which meant a 17-day cycle! Usually my cycles last about 23 days or so, but an unexpectedly short cycle has happened to me in the past. Also for some reason my blood pressure is creeping up in the mornings (125-130 systolic in the morning). I cannot blame this on the coronavirus, because last week my morning BP was slightly lower despite the lockdown. It might be due to my menstrual cycle, but I doubt it. I will see next week whether this trend continues.

The COVID-19 data is pretty scary everywhere on the planet. However I still have hope because things are getting a bit better in Asia. Also actual cases are underestimated compared to official ones (they cannot test everyone and they often use specific criteria for testing eligibility), which means the fatality rates may be lower than they seem. Studies are also in process for medication before a vaccine is ready. In the meantime, please stay put and stay safe everyone!

Yes lets keep optimistic. It is the best we can do. At least where I am there are people who voluteer to do shopping if you are high risk or cannot go for whatever reason. So that is nice. So sorry about your period acting up again... bad timing. Hope you have a good weekend. I live in a lot less denser place than you (I think) so I do go out for a lot of walks. Hope your sister is fine as well
