Not bad considering since my break up I went into a downward spiral and then to add to it, isolation. I did well yesterday and think I’m going to try and carry on. It’s just the boredom eating.

Yeah I get you especially with boredom eating. I lost appetite in my heartbreak and I’d rather of had it in hindsight. That is not a big hike really as I’m sure if you’re eating more you’re also drinking more fluids. My tea intake has trebled! The break up and now isolation must be hard as it makes you dwell but look forward and be positive best you can. We all here to listen and chat. Take care

I know how you feel, isolation will make us go back to our old ways unless there's willpower, sugar free gum helps control my boredom 👍🏻 mentos bubble fresh highly recommend 🎉 you could also try skinny whip bars which are like only 99 calories each and so good besides protein bars.
