I got the blue ribbon on my weight chart. I am sitting here with tears in my eyes. I feel sort of guilty being so emotional about something like my weight with all the problems in the world, but it has been a very long time since I was in my 120's. Thanks for all the support. The real work begins now - maintenance - but I am excited and so happy and grateful. I am celebrating by running off to Zumba in about an hour!
