Okay, day 1 hasn't been so bad so far. I've been a bit bummed about the no sugars part of this but I picked up some sugar free jello and puddings. I think that will help.
Meals Today: Bkfst:
2 eggs 2 pieces of bacon 1 cup of coffee with 1 splenda and 1 tsp. of cream.
Lunch: tuna salad on 1 cup of salad greens with tomatoes
Snack: String Cheese
Dinner: bacon wrapped, cheese stuffed chicken breasts 1/2 cup of broc. 1 cup of salad
