Yesterday I ordered for lunch a lovely grilled vegetable sandwich with a side salad. All good, right? The beautifully grilled vegies came in a white hoagie bun. A WHITE HOAGIE BUN!! It did not occur to me for two seconds that the vegies would come on anything other than whole grain or at the very least whole wheat bread. I didn't see the word focacia so I thought it was fine. That lesson taught me to ASK questions and do not assume. Today I will stick with my Greek Salad, as per the SBD menu plan. Okay...now I'm over it.
