I had an interesting workout last night. Started out on the treadmill (2 mi, 37 min), then went to rowing machine (10 min). Did some stretching but I felt like I could keep going so I hopped on the elliptical for another 35 min. Still felt like I could go on but decided to stop at that point. This is a first for me - feeling like I could go on and on... Feels good.
