Today I am feeling refreshed and good. I had a rest day yesterday on the Combat, so I am feeling less sore today than the rest of the week. But they sure did work me today, I did 30 minutes of Plyo with Combat and then 30 mins of weigh training. Tomorrow is big, too, then Sunday a rest day from both! WooHoo. Make sure you get in your rest day, muscle recovery is very important to prevent injury!
