Overall this weekend went well and I stuck to the plan except for a church dinner in which I didn't do so good resisting my favorite cake. But I came home and got back on plan and I still lost a little over the weekend.

I am getting a little sick of eating prepackaged food though and I haven't even been eating it a week so not sure if this will be a good long term solution but I am hoping to let it jumpstart my weightloss and then slowly begin eating meals on my own.
