This was expected after eating out 3 times last weekend. I notice after I eat out it takes about a week to lose what I gain from it. So eating out 3 times means it takes even longer. But I was able to get in my full workout on Wednesday for the first time in a long time and it felt great! I am glad to be getting back to a regular routine where I can get my workouts in. And hopefully I will be back below 170 in no time.
